The seventh day of practice in Magoki Attor mosque💫☺️✨
Day 7 of Practice – My Impressions from Magoki Attori Mosque✨🕌
Today was one of the most memorable and emotionally rich days of our teaching practice 💛. It was Day 7, and we had the amazing opportunity to visit the ancient and deeply spiritual Magoki Attori Mosque 🕌 — a place full of stories, silence, beauty, and soul ✨.
Together with our dear classmates, our respected and wise teacher Mohichehra Temirovna ❤️, and our kind guest Colton , we stepped into the heart of Bukhara's timeless history 💥. The moment we entered the site, I was struck with a strange yet beautiful feeling — as if time had stopped for a while 😌. The air, the bricks, the steps below ground… everything whispered something powerful 🫠.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I realized that the mosque is actually below the current street level 🙃. It felt like we were stepping into a forgotten memory, carefully preserved under the dust of centuries ✨. That hidden depth added so much mystery and charm to the experience 💫.
We learned that long before Islam, this place had religious significance — it was used as a Zoroastrian fire temple, and even possibly a Buddhist shrine 🕌. Then, during the Samanid and Karakhanid eras, it transformed into one of the oldest Islamic mosques in Bukhara 🔥. The historical layers of belief and worship made me reflect on the tolerance and spiritual richness of our land 🕊️🕊️.
What deeply moved me was learning that, at one point in history, both Muslims and Jews worshipped here peacefully 🙃🕊️. This mosque is not just a place of prayer, but a symbol of interfaith harmony and human unity 🤍🧡. That touched my heart in the most beautiful way ❤️.
As we stood together — listening, taking notes, observing, asking questions — I felt connected to something greater than myself 🔥. Our teacher's guidance was so informative and warm, making the history come alive ⭐💫.
After the tour, we took photos 📸, shared thoughts, smiled at each other with a new sense of discovery 😊🥰. I felt grateful — not just for the trip, but for being part of this beautiful moment with kind souls around me 💛❤️.
Magoki Attori Mosque will forever remain in my memory as a place of peace, art, and faith ✨🕌. It taught me that history isn’t just in books — it lives in walls, in silence, in the emotions we feel standing inside ancient places 💥😌.
Thank you for your attention!🥰
